Application for Installer Approval
The following requirements apply to all installers interested in the partner financing programs
administrated by Kilowatt Financial and Viewtech Financial Services. Additional documentation
may be requested on a case by case basis.
As part of our on-going monitoring process, additional documentation may be requested
including copy of licenses, insurance certificates, business financial statements or tax returns,
and additional reference documents. During the approval review, a company credit review, and
if necessary due to inadequate company credit information, a business principal personal credit
report may be obtained.
All documents except the Blanket Retail Installment Contract Purchase Agreement can be
submitted via email or fax. Please mail the original signed Blanket Agreement to 4761 E. Hunter
Ave, Anaheim, CA 92807.

Installer must have a valid contractor’s license in state where required.
Installer must have two years minimum business experience.
Installer must be able to provide a copy of their business license.
Installer must provide a copy of their home improvement contract.
Installer must be able provide certificate of worker’s compensation and general liability
insurance, with $1 million minimum coverage.
Kilowatt Financial and Viewtech Financial Services must be named as Certificate Holders
on the general liability and worker’s compensation policies.
Installer must agree to undergo a credit background check by KWF.
Installer must be free of outstanding litigation relating to their work.
Contractor must sign the required Blanket Retail Installment Contract Purchase
Agreement.

Background Check Procedure
The undersigned agrees to allow Kilowatt Financial, LLC to perform a contractor’s background check to become authorized as a Kilowatt financial services
partner. By signing, I authorize Kilowatt Financial to check the company and, if necessary due to inadequate company credit information, the principal
owner(s)’s credit history. The undersigned also certifies that all written information provided to Kilowatt Financial is factual and will be held in strict
confidentiality and used exclusively for the purpose of review. I certify that neither I nor the company has any undisclosed outstanding litigation involving
work performed which could cause disciplinary action by a state agency. I certify that the information provided is true and correct.
