The Water Damage Restoration Technician course is designed to teach restoration personnel
that perform remediation work to give them a better concept of water damage, its effects and
. techniques for drying of structures. This course will give residential and commercial
maintenance personnel the background to understand the procedures necessary to deal with
water losses, sewer backflows, and contamination such as mold. This educational and practical
three-day seminar is designed to certify students as Institute of Inspections, Cleaning &
Restoration Certification (IICRC) Water Restoration Technicians. The course presents all of
the basic concepts and systems of the restoration process. The material is presented in a generic
format with lecture and audio-visual.
Instructor:
Patrick Moffett Patrick is a Senior Environmental Industrial Hygienist and a
hospital infection control practitioner. He maintains
certifications as an EPA registered environmental assessor,
licensed general contractor and an IICRC instructor. Patrick
also provides expert testimony in water, mold and sewage
contamination cases
