This 55 Speedster received a full ground up restoration at Willhoit Auto
Restoration, which was completed in January 1995. It was driven to several
shows in the So Cal area in the mid to late 1990s, and was a regular winner.
In 1998 the owner sold the car to a collector in Illinois. The new owner
maintained it in flawless condition and today it looks exactly as it did when the
restoration was finished. It’s only been driven an incredible 1,644 miles since
1995!
We have just completed a full service and inspection. The car performs well and
is a blast to drive! It is complete with its original engine, a date matching set of
correct 16” wheels, a correct period jack, an original tool kit complete with Pre A
Speedster fuel tank dip stick, and a photo album with records and pictures of the
restoration.
This Speedster is fully sorted and ready for touring, rallyes, or concourse
