receive appropriate guidance and support whilst adhering to the
standards set by funding bodies, awarding bodies and in line
with audit requirements. You will work within our successful
delivery team in a customer-focussed environment, you will work
with our customers who have an aspiration to gain employment
within the Hospitality environment, by providing a professional
and effective learning experience.
Skills/Qualifications
Required
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
 Maths and English qualifications at Level 2 or above
 Hospitality qualification at or equivalent experience
 Experience of, and able to demonstrate skills in
delivering training to colleagues within the Hospitality
sector, with a mixed background of Hotel and
Restaurant/Bar work.
 Ideally hold CTLLS or be willing to work towards. We will
consider those with PTLLS or even without, however
enthusiastic and willing to work towards the qualification.
 IT competent, specifically in Microsoft Word, Excel,
PowerPoint and the Internet
 Previous experience in delivering training in a
group/class setting
 Proven ability to pick up new systems and processes
quickly
 Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal





