ANNOUNCEMENT
The Alpe-Adria-BMX Cup and Alpe-Adria BMX Club Championship will be executed
in 14 runs. All riders with a valid BMX license are permitted for participation. The
Alpe-Adria-BMX Cup and Alpe-Adria BMX Club Championship will be freely
advertised. Every participating rider (even if he/she is not from Austria, Hungary,
Slovenia or Italy), will get counted in the final ranking.

q In Mühlen, the Dr. Auer BMX Night Race takes place at 29.08.2015. Because of
that, all open races will be executed on Saturday instead of Sunday. A standalone
announcement for the Dr. Auer BMX Night Race will be available as well.
q Rivignano / Verona for further information take a look at the schedule for the
race.
q Open races will be executed in Vösendorf on Saturday as well.
q Practice (free & gate) needs to be split into the 2 groups mentioned below: “riders
under 13 years” ,”riders 13 years & over”
q There aren’t races for non-license riders on events in Italy.
On racedays, there has to be at least one medically QUALIFIED & trained
person for emergency cases in addition to the regular ambulance employees,
which overviews the racing action.

Girls ride together with boys; but one class lower than their regular age!
(Exception: Italy; girls ride together with boys in their regular class.) MTB / 4X
rider are competing in cruiser class. (valid 4X / MTB/ BMX license needed for
insurance purpose)
If there are less than three riders in one class, they’ll get consolidated with the next
higher group in classification.
q In Italy - If there are less than five riders in one class, they’ll get consolidated with
the next higher group in classification.
The consolidated classes won’t be rated separately at the daily ranking.
If the total amount of riders in Men 17+ is lower than five, the class gets consolidated
with Boys 15/16. The classes are rated separately in this case.
If the total amount of riders in Women 17+ is lower than three, the class gets
consolidated with Boys 15/16. The consolidated classes won’t be rated separately.
RULES OF COMPETITION
All valid 2015 UCI competition rules come into effect.
Every rider has to wear his/her national or international number.(color of number
plate and digit in accordance with official UCI reglement). Should there be the case,
that two riders on a Alpe-Adria event do have the same numbers, the rider from outer
country has to put the prefix of his / her country in front of the number. (prefixes are
specified below)
(I = Italy, A = Austria, H = Hungary, S = Slovenia)
SPD pedals are admitted from vintage 2002.
q At Italy, SPD pedals are just admitted from vintage 1998 and higher!
When using SPD pedals, the rider has to prove that he/she is able to get in and out
at the pedals on his/her own, whenever an official requests this.

ANNOUNCEMENT
At every executed race, a daily ranking of every class has to be provided public and
officially. It is mandatory to hand out a copy to every co-competitor. After hang-up of
the daily ranking, there is a protest time of 15 minutes. The day rankings in the
according categories are binding to the final ranking.

ANNOUNCEMENT
At every race, the team-manager needs to pre-sign all athletes until 3 days before
official race-date. If that’s not the case, there is still the possibility to register on
raceday. For the higher amount of work, an additional fee as high as 5€ needs to be
paid. The registration / sign-in / announcement of presence is done without
exceptions just by the team manager. Pre-registered riders just have to pay if they
are present on raceday.

B – Finals have to be executed!
In case of consolidated classes, the scored points in the consolidated class will be
taken in the final ranking too.
Bonuspoints
5 bonuspoints are distributed for attendence at the race. For getting the bonuspoints,
the rider needs to compete in at least one moto. Riders that are signed in for the
race, but injure during official training before race start, do get bonuspoints as well.
(on a two-day race, just fort he first day) If a race gets cancelled, just signed-in riders
get the bonuspoints. The registration fee needs to be paid back if a cancellation
happens.

Alpe-Adria-BMX Championship FINAL RANKING
A final ranking for the Alpe-Adria-BMX-Cup will just be set up if there are at least 3
qualified riders.
The 13 best results of all 14 races will be counted in the final ranking (1 spreadable
result).
If a race gets cancelled, it doesn’t count as spreadable result.
To appear in the final ranking, a rider has to participate on at least 4 races without
DNS.
All participants are in accordance of their rank classified and awarded.
The whole amount of points is decisive.
The bigger amount of first places
The bigger amount of second places a.s.o.
The bigger amount of participated races
The best placements in the motos.
Alpe-Adria-BMX-Club Championship FINAL RANKING
The points of the five best riders from every club in the final ranking, get counted
together. The club with the highest amount of points, wins the trophy for the “AlpeAdria-BMX-Club Championship”. If a club wins the competition 3 times, the trophy is
owned by them. Otherwise, the trophy always belongs to the winner club for one
year.

This reglement comes into effect on 01.03.2015
FINAL PROVISIONS
In every case that is not covered in this reglement, the official UCI rule book has to
be consulted. Exceptions will be decided by the ALPE ADRIA BMX-CUP
Championship committee. The committee consists of one representative from
Baierdorf, Maribor, Mühlen, Rivignano, Sopron, Verona and Vösendorf.
With the registration, every participant agrees to this reglement.
