NOTICE
Following information relating to conduct of Common Entrance Test (CET) for allotment of Medical
(MBBS/BDS) & Allied (B.V.Sc. & A.H., B.Sc. - Forestry, Agriculture, Horticulture, Fisheries, Home
Science) and Engineering (B.Tech/B.Arch/B.Tech Lateral Entry) and other Non-CET State quota seats
for 2015 is hereby notified for general information.

(iii) Time schedule :30th May 2015 (10:30 a.m to 1:00 p.m)
30th May 2015 (2:00 p.m to 4:00 p.m)
31st May 2015 (10:30 a.m to 12:30 p.m)

II. Registration – Interested candidates are required to register themselves and fill up the forms online
in the State web portal www.sikkim.gov.in as per schedule indicated below :(i) For CET
(a) Registration opens : 1st April 2015 from 10:00 a.m.
(b) Registration closes : 30th April 2015 at 4:00 p.m.
(ii) For Non CET Diploma/All bachelor Degree courses
(a) Registration opens : 1st June 2015 from 10:00 a.m.
(b) Registration closes : 20th June 2015 at 4:00 p.m.
(iii) For Non CET Post Graduation courses
(a) Registration opens : 15th June 2015 from 10:00 a.m.
(b) Registration closes : 30th June 2015 at 4:00 p.m.
(iv) For MBA and MCA
(a) Registration opens : 1st July 2015 from 10:00 a.m.
(b) Registration closes : 15th July 2015 at 4:00 p.m.
Please note that no extension of dates for online registration is permissible.
After registration candidates should take out a print out of the online application form.
III. Registration fees – The registration fee as indicated below is payable through demand draft
drawn in favour of the Director, Technical Education, HRDD :Medical

Attention is invited that there will be a mandatory field for entry of Demand Draft number and date
without which application forms cannot be submitted.
IV. Submission of documents :- All candidates are required to personally submit a copy of print out
of online application alongwith attested copy of following documents to the Directorate of Technical
Education during office hours as per the schedule at Para V :1.

Sikkim Subject Certificate of father or Certificate of Identification of candidate.
Valid Community Certificate/ Trade License/Parent’s Employment Certificate.
BPL Certificate (issued by DESME)
Date of Birth Certificate.
Valid Demand Draft (candidate should write his/her name at the back of the Demand Draft)
Candidates should also bring originals of the above documents which will be returned after scrutiny.
Admit card will be issued on the same day to CET candidate which is required to be produced at the
time of examination and counseling.
