MAG & WAG Gymnastics camp for gymnast and coaches
Lingvallen 2015
For two years, we have now had the honour to be able to keep an Artistic Gymnastics camp on
Lingvallen for girls and boys. 2015 will be no exception!
2013 there were over 100 gymnasts and 25 coaches, which expanded to over 140 gymnasts and 30
coaches during the 2014 camp, but there is room for more!
The 2015 camp is divided into two weeks, during the first week we focus on the future and the
young. The second week will be planned for those who train more hours and are more advanced in
their training!
As usual Lingvallen offers a lovely setting, good training facilities and a good workout climate!

Accommodations & Meals
Accommodation takes place in cabins with beds. Please bring your sleeping bag / bedding.
Breakfast - lunch - snacks - dinner is served in Lingvallens dining room.

Nominative and payment
Send your nominative to: [email protected] by 7 Maj 2015 at latest (use the enclosed
document ”nominativanmälan-summercamp 2015”) The invoice will be send to your club after the
7/5 and should be paid before 7 June 2015.

Will be send out after the 7 Jun 2015
Accident & Health Insurance
All participants must have a valid training license. A copy of the license must be presented at the
start of the training camp. Otherwise, the gymnast is not allowed to participate in the camp.
Coach’s responsibility
Since many of the gymnasts participating in the camp are minors, it is important for us to point out
that, the coaches who accompany the gymnast are responsible for their safety and well-being.
Therefore, we require a coach per four gymnasts.
