We have issued Contactless Debit MasterCard to all our existing old Maestro
cardholders. If you have not yet received the new card, please contact your
nearest branch or call our Customer Care on 0800 849 9229.
If you have already received the new Contactless Debit MasterCard, please
ensure that the card has been activated.
If you have not yet activated the new card, please follow the below steps to get it
activated:
1. Complete the attached Security Information Registration Form and post it back
to the following address

2. Call us on +44(0)207 796 5858 to activate the card after 2-3 working days of
sending the form to us.
3. After the activation of your new card, please destroy your old Debit Maestro
card to prevent its misuse.
Remember to transfer all your payments associated with your old Debit Maestro
Card such as direct debit to your new Contactless Debit MasterCard.
