Aug. 19 – Tue. Sept. 15 Tue. Sept. 1 Mon. Sept. 7 PRETERM PROGRAM (four weeks) Intermediate Micro- and Macroeconomics, Intensive English and Italian, and Survival Italian (see also detailed pre-term schedule) Course Registration opens for non-language classes on ISIS Language course registration available on the BC-Web (Link will be provided) Language Placement Tests (reading and writing) will be available on Blackboard 24 hours after registration. Tue. & Wed. Sept. 8 & 9 Academic Advising begins – students will receive a personal email with the name of their advisor and how to sign up for an appointment with him/her. Language Advising begins: see language faculty office doors rd Economics Waiver exams (3 session) - This is the last opportunity to take the waiver for Microeconomics. - Make sure to register at least 10 days in advance! Sept. 21 ALL STUDENTS MUST BE PRESENT AT SCHOOL BY THIS DATE Orientation: includes academic advising, information sessions, final exams for preterm economics courses, CORE and COMP exams as well as the English proficiency exam (required of all non-native English speakers). A detailed Orientation schedule will be available toward the end of the summer.
