them the right to qualify for the National Finals of the 2015 Math Challenge scheduled on March 13-14,
2015 (Friday-Saturday) at the Metrobank Plaza Auditorium in Makati City

Regional/Division Math Supervisor are allowed to attend on official time the 2013 MTAP National
Finals.

Advisories, questionnaires, info sheets, waiver and maps will be distributed to the National Finalists
and Coaches through the Branch Heads of the nearest Metrobank branches. Transportation of the official
delegates (National Finalists and their respective coaches) will be shouldered by Metrobank Foundation and
travel will be arranged by the concerned Branch Heads. MBFI will also shoulder expenses for their
accommodation, meal, and transportation allowance in Metro Manila. For inquiries, please contact Mr.

Board and lodging, transportation and other incidental expenses of the Regional/Division shall be
charged to Regional/Division MOOE, local funds subject to government accounting and auditing rules and
