DAANBANTAYAN, NORTHERN CEBU
1. The Philippine Red cross through Bids and Awards committee (BAC)
would like to invite interested bidders for the:

Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures
using the Red Cross Procurement Procedures.

Interested Bidders may obtain further information from the PRC BAC
Secretariat and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below
from 9:OO AM to 4rOO PM beginning 17 March 2015. The Bidding
Documents shall be received personally by the prospective Bidder or his
authorized representative.

The Philippine Red Cross will hold a Pre Bidding Conference open to all
interested parties on 24 March 2015 at 9:OO AM at PRC Regional
Operation Center and Logistics Hub, Canduman Hi-Way, Brgy, Jagobiao,
Mandaue City, Cebu.
and eligibitity requirements must be delivered to the address below
on or before 3O March 201.5 at 9:OO AM to 3:OO PM. All Bids must be
accompanied by a Bid security in the form indicated in the bid documents.
Late Bids shall not be accepted.
5. Bids
PRC reserves the right to accept or reject any Bid, to annul the
bidding process, and to reject all Bids at any time prior to contract award,
without thereby incurring any liability to the affected Bidder or Bidders. It
