The City of Wahoo Parks and Recreation Department will accept sealed bids on a
Toro Groundsmaster 325-D Mower w/72” deck

All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope and should be returned to:
Wahoo Parks and Recreation Department

310 N. Linden St.
Wahoo, NE 68066
Terms: The equipment will be sold “as is”. The successful bid will be subject to 7% sales tax.
The successful bidder is responsible for paying for and picking up equipment within 7 days of
notification. The successful bidder will be required to sign a waiver and indemnification
statement on the bill of sale agreeing to hold harmless City of Wahoo for future liability in the
use of the equipment. The City of Wahoo reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
BID DEADLINE: BIDS MUST BE RECEIVED AT THE CIVIC CENTER BY
5:00PM ON MONDAY, APRIL 25TH.
