Dear Little Gull Owner:
Enclosed is the information for all owners who want to participate in the auction of the final remaining
Association owned timeshare inventory. Owners and immediate family are welcome to bid on these weeks.
After this Owners Only Auction, any remaining weeks will be open to the public for purchase.
The Board felt the owners should be given the first opportunity to purchase additional weeks before they are
offered to the public. Keep in mind that the prices presented in this auction in no way reflect the actual value of
these intervals.
The bidding will start at $1,000 - $1,700 per unit week for Association owned inventory. Bidding will begin on
June 1, 2015 and continue until June 30, 2015. We are offering two different methods to bid on these units.
You can fill out the write-in bid form and return it to Little Gull or you may use the internet to place a bid.
Please read the enclosed instructions for bidding via internet or bidding via write-in form. Any bids received
that do not meet the minimum reserve price, are not complete, or are postmarked after June 30, 2015, will not
be considered. Successful bidders will be notified by email or phone by July 8, 2015. We will keep track of the
bids on each unit/week in the office and on the webpage; http://www.vacationfla.com/littlegull.html. You may
check the website or call 941-383-8818, 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M., Monday through Saturday, to see how your
bid stands.

Bidding Via the Internet
1. Go to; http://www.vacationfla.com/littlegull.html
2. Click the “Auction Form 2015” link.
3. Type in the user ID and password if asked.
- User ID = best
- Password = deals
4. Enter the amount of your bid in whole U.S. dollars only for the unit-week(s) you would like
to bid on.
5. Complete your contact information at the bottom of the form.
6. Review your bid form carefully. When satisfied, click on the submit button ONE time and
wait for the confirmation page to appear.
7. You may watch your bid on this web page and bid as often as you like. We will do our best
to keep the website updated but it will not be updated in real time. Human intervention is
necessary so please be patient.
8. If you would like to bid on numerous unit(s)/week(s) , but want to buy only one, use the
priority column to list your preference of purchase (e.g. 1 - first priority, 2 - 2nd priority, etc.).
If you would like to buy more than one unit/week, fill in the number “1” for all bids.

WRITE IN BIDDING INSTRUCTIONS
1. All write in bids must be postmarked no later than June 30, 2015.
2. All write in bids must be submitted on the enclosed OFFICIAL BID FORM.

4. Only bids from current Little Gull owners and their family members will be considered.
Unsold unit(s)/week(s) will be available to the public after the auction closes.
5. Owners may submit a bid at the minimum price or higher. If an owner wants to bid on
numerous unit/weeks but wants to buy only one, use the priority column to list your
preference of purchase (e.g. 1 - first priority, 2 - 2nd priority, etc.). If an owner wants
to buy more than one unit, fill in the number “1” for all the unit/weeks bid on.
Minimum reserve prices do not include closing costs of $175.00.

2015 unless the week purchased has passed or the unit has been rented. All maintenance fees for 2015 usage will be due at closing.
