SCHOOL OF HUMANITIES AND CREATIVE ARTS Bachelor of Creative Arts (Digital Media) Application Guidelines 2015 Candidates who wish to apply for the Bachelor of Creative Arts (Digital Media) must submit: • a submission form • a portfolio • a statement and curriculum vitae • a completed cover sheet accompanying the portfolio, statement and curriculum vitae Candidates must also apply for entry to the Bachelor of Creative Arts (Digital Media) online through SATAC. The course code is 214741. Entire portfolio submission should be no more than 20 items. Items suitable for inclusion in the Portfolio are listed on the Submission Form. Candidates must also submit a Statement of no more than 500 words that explains their reasons for wanting to study for a Bachelor of Creative Arts (Digital Media). The Statement will indicate an applicant’s preparedness for this type of study. Curriculum vitae Applicants should also submit a curriculum vitae of no more than three pages in length, giving details of any publications, performance, work history, training or other experience they consider relevant to their application. The Statement should be inserted at the beginning of the Portfolio. It should also be typed and doublespaced. Unsuccessful Applicants Discussion of the reasons for acceptance or non-acceptance in to the Bachelor of Creative Arts (Digital Media) will not be entered into. Alternatively, Portfolios can be collected from the Undergraduate Student Services Office, Room 252, School of Humanities and Creative Arts (adjacent carpark 5) until the end of March 2015.
