Abstract
Suggested effectiveness of supervised training programme to comply the needs of
Arabic language teachers of Secondary School.
This research aims to find out the effectives of suggested Supervised Training
programme which responses to the needs Arabic language teachers in Arar town.
The research based on the following questions:
1/ What are the training needs of occupational adequacies that Arabic language
teachers at secondary stage in Arar need in accordance with the fields of planning,
implementation, evaluation, classroom- management, tools
and educational
techniques.
2/ What is the suggested supervised training programme for Arabic language teachers
at Secondary Stage?
3/ there Are differences of statistics indication at level (0.o5) between the averages of
adequacy degrees Arabic language teachers at Secondary Stage need in fields of
planning, implementing, evaluation, classroom management,
techniques and
educational equipment each alone and all adequacies before and after applying the
programme .
4/ Are there differences which have the same statistics indications between the
average degrees of research dimension sample applying to observing card in
according to the following changes: (academic qualification, Experience years , and f
training courses).
The descriptive curriculum and semi-experimental curriculum are used through
designing one group of preceding and following measurement .
The questionnaire was applied to limit the training needs for all the Arabic language
teachers at secondary school in Arar town . The actual number of teachers during the
second term in1434 - was (68) the training programme and the observing card were
applied on sample class at random to Arabic secondary teachers in Arar. The actual
number of the sample was (34) teachers during the second term of 1435
Two tools were applied such as : the questionnaire to limit the training needs for
Arabic language teachers at secondary stage and the observing card of performance of
Arabic language teachers at secondary school occupational Skills .
the results of the study are as follows:
1/ The training need was restricted in planning ,executive, evaluation, classroommanagement ,Aids and educational techniques.
2/ The suggested supervised programme was constructed for Arabic language teachers
through the training needs .
3/ There were differences with statistics indications at the level (0.05)between the
averages of adequacy degrees that Arabic language teachers at secondary stage –
need in fields of planning, executive, evaluation, class- management ,techniques and
educational Aids each alone and all adequacies before and after the application of
training programme .
