Free Yoga Class For High Blood Pressure
On Wednesday, March 25th from 6
to 7:30 p.m., Kerry Doyle, certified yoga
teacher, will teach a class on Yoga for
High Blood Pressure. Participants will
learn key principles in yoga postures
that affect blood pressure and basic
poses that can help play a role in reduc-
ing blood pressure.
The class is free and open to the
public at Cheshire Medical Center and

Free Community Cooking
Class March 26th
On Thursday, March 26th from 3 to 4:30 p.m., the
Keene Senior Center, located at 70 Court Street, will
host a cooking class called, Superfoods - Salmon,
Broccoli & Sweet Potatoes...Oh My!
In this class, attendees will discover the benefits of
superfoods, then prepare a sample them in a cooking
class. The event is free and will be taught by Keene
State College Dietetic Interns Sarah Iske, BS and
Jackie Farrell, BS.

Meet The Artists Reception/
Demonstrations March 21st
A Meet the Artists event will be held on Saturday,
March 21st from 1 to 3 p.m. at the Hancock Town
Library.
This reception includes demonstrations by artists Liz Winchester-Larson with her colored pencil
techniques and Harriet Winchester with her water
mixable oils.

The Monadnock Regional High School Band
will host a Spaghetti Dinner on Saturday, March
21st from 5 to 7:30 p.m.
There will be entertainment by the MRHS Jazz
ensemble.
The cost is $10 for

be a Chinese Auction.
