GMP operations development: OIL FIELD EXPLORATION/ PRODUCTION NATURAL GAS PROCESSING STORAGE TERMINAL OPERATION • More than 120 wells drilled to date, equivalent to nearly 745,000 feet drilled • To date, an average of more than 1,700 BPD of crude and around 10 MMcfd of associated natural gas • Joint owner of the automated natural gas separation and fractioning plant, with a processing capacity of 44 MMcfd, for production and distribution of LPG and natural gas condensates • Jointly with Oiltanking Perú, we operate two consortiums (Terminales del Perú and Consorcio Terminales) with an overall capacity of 3.6 million barrels of storage through operating agreements entered into with Petroperú for ten fuel terminals throughout the country • The two consortiums combined supply approximately 53% of the liquid fuel shipped nationwide 3. Furthermore, thanks to the Group’s internal synergies, we have offices set up in Chile, Colombia, and Brazil. 4. EXTENSIVE EXPERIENCE For ten years now, we have managed over 1,000 km of roads and highways throughout Peru. We were the pioneering Peruvian company in this field. NORVIAL SURVIAL Concessionaire of the Ancón-Huacho-Pativilca Road (Road Network 5). Total length: 286 km Responsible for the first section of the Inter-Oceanic Highway (road from San Juan de Marcona to Urcos). Total length: 757 km BUENOS AIRESCANCHAQUE Runs from the turnoff from the IIRSA Norte highway to Buenos Aires, until reaching the town of Canchaque. Total length: 78 km. VESUR Manages the Vía Expresa Sur concession, a highway that will join downtown Lima with the districts of southern Lima. The start of works is scheduled for 2016. Total length: 4.6 km OPERATIVE SECTORS • OIL AND GAS Through GMP, we operate oil and gas infrastructure. • ROAD CONCESSIONS • MASS TRANSPORT We manage three roads and one urban freeway in Peru. Ferrovías GyM is responsible for the Line 1 concession of the Lima Metro. • WATER AND SANITATION - La Chira Wastewater Treatment Plant: jointly responsible for the construction, operation, and maintenance of a wastewater treatment plant for Lima. - Concessionaire of Chavimochic: responsible for maintenance and works in Stages I, II, and III •ENERGY Carries out projects for energy generation and transmission. •FACILITIES Identifies opportunities for the development of airport, port, penitentiary, and hospital infrastructure.
