Compulsory Acquisition of Interest in Land
The Roads Corporation (VicRoads) declares that by this notice it acquires the following
interest in the land described as part of Lot 4 on Plan of Subdivision 217456L, Parish of Karngun,
comprising 1.499 hectares and being land described in Certificate of Title Volume 9924 Folio 329,
shown as Parcel 160 on Survey Plan 23012.
Interest Acquired: That of Robert Louis Hunt and Helen Ishbel Hunt (as to 1 of a total of
2 equal undivided share), and Alexander James Bradford (as to 1 of a total of 2 equal undivided
share), and all other interests.
