Manchester Central is pleased to announce the vacancy of Driver to join the Catering team. You will be
responsible to the Senior Sous Chef - EPOS Distribution Logistics.
The aim of this role is to receive and deliver food in line with company food policies, to receive and store
deliveries and to complete stock rotation whilst administering any relevant paper work.
You will be responsible for the delivery of food products to the correct locations at agreed times as
directed and will be required to follow the guidelines of the Senior Sous Chef and associated culinary
team members.
The ideal candidate for this role must have a full UK driving licence, experience of food hygiene and a
proven track record of stock security and stock rotation. You must also have good people management
skills with the ability to work on your own initiative.
Flexibility of working hours is also a requirement, as the delivery of excellence is not always a 9 to 5 job
