‫ واتباع سياس����ات تهدف الى‬،‫فلس����طين على اتفاقية مناهضة العن����ف ضد المرأة‬
‫مأسس����ة االليات الوطنية للنهوض بالمرأة كتش����كيل وزارة ش����ؤون المرأة ومراجعة‬
.‫وتطوير التشريعات من منظور النوع االجتماعي‬
‫واش����ارت الى ارتفاع نسبة مشاركة المرأة في الحياة السياسية الفلسطينية سواء‬
‫ وأيضا في الس����لك القضائ����ي وفي الهيئات‬،‫ف����ي المجلس التش����ريعي أو الحكومة‬
‫ اضافة الى ارتفاع تمثيلها في الوظيفة العمومية‬،‫المحلية والس����لك الدبلوماس����ي‬

‫كما اس����تعرضت الوزير التحديات التي تواجه المرأة الفلس����طينية وعلى راس����ها‬

‫وكانت المجموعة العربية والمجموعة االس��ل�امية قد عقدت اجتماعات تنس����يقيا‬
‫ تركزت النقاش����ات خاللها حول توحيد الموقف بش����ان‬،‫حض����ره الوفد الفلس����طيني‬
‫اقتراح اضاف����ة البند الطارئ على جدول االعمال (ادراج اره����اب الدولة المنظم ضمن‬
‫انواع االرهاب ) في اش����ارة الى الى ما تقوم به اسرائيل من ارهاب بحق ابناء الشعب‬
‫ حيث قدمت كل من االردن وسوريا والمغرب وايران وتشاد طلبات الدراج‬،‫الفلسطيني‬

The Palestine Liberation Organization for the benefit of the Palestinian Authority has received a
financing from the World Bank, toward the cost of Gaza Electricity Network Rehabilitation Project
(GENRP),and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for the Supply
of SCADA Control System (GENRP PEA- WB/G-11)
The Palestinian Energy Authority now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Supply of
SCADA Control System as follows:

LOT2: 24KV Pole Mounted Three Phase Load Break Switch with control unit.

The Innovative Local Economic Development Program (iLED) is a Program implemented by Local
Governance and Civil Society Development Program in GIZ in partnership with the Swiss Agency
for Development and Cooperation SDC and Municipal Development and Lending Fund (MDLF).
The iLED is considered a strategic process to benefit from all resources and local capacities. It assures
uniting the efforts of the private sector and non-profit organizations and civil societies to encourage
and stimulates productivity initiatives & competitiveness; in addition to increasing sustainable
growth ensuring that inclusive growth will contributes to the alleviation of poverty
The Municipal Development and Lending Fund (MDLF), as the delegated implementation agency, intends
to use part of the program Fund to hire a consulting firm to conduct the “Implementation of the training
program in Al Zawayda”, and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services.
The Municipal Development and Lending Fund now invite eligible consulting firms to indicate their
interest in providing the Services. Interested consulting firms should provide information demonstrating
that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services. The shortlisting

Assignment Objectives:
The main objectives of this assignment are for the consultant to work under the direct guidance of Zawayda

The Palestinian Authority has received a fund from Governments of Norway toward the cost of Energy
Sector Assistance in Palestine, Phase V, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of these funds to
payments under the Contract for the
