RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING HON. RUDY S. CAOAGDAN, MPA, MUNICIPAL
MAYOR TO TRANSACT/NEGOTIATE AND SIGN ALL NECESSARY DOCUMENTS
FOR THE PURCHASE OF LOT OWNED BY MR. JUANITO J. AHON AND MR.
ALFREDO J. AHON BOTH HAVING AN AREA OF 20,168 SQUARE METERS
LOCATED AT BARANGAY CONCEPCION, MAKILALA, COTABATO TO BE USED
AS RESETTLEMENT AREA IN THE MUNICIPALITY.
Presented to the body for deliberation was letter from the Municipal Mayor
arequesting authority to transact/negotiate and sign all necessary documents for the purchase
of lot owned by Mr. Juanito J. Ahon and Mr. Alfredo J. Ahon both having an area of 20,168
square meters located at Barangay Concepcion, Makilala, Cotabato to be used as resettlement
area in the municipality.
Finding the said measure laudable and beneficial to the people of Makilala on motion
of Hon. Rene G. Molina duly seconded by Hon. Manuel C. Lalaguna, the Sanggunian;
RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved to authorize, as it is hereby authorized the
Municipal Mayor to transact/negotiate and sign all necessary documents for the purchase of
lot owned by Mr. Juanito J. Ahon and Mr. Alfredo J. Ahon both having an area of 20,168
square meters located at Barangay Concepcion, Makilala, Cotabato to be used as resettlement
area in the municipality.
