RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING HONORABLE VICE MAYOR RICKY A. CUA TO
ENTER INTO CONTRACT WITH CONTRACTUAL EMPLOYEES UNDER THE
OFFICE OF THE SANGGUNIANG BAYAN AND THE OFFICE OF THE VICE
MAYOR,THIS MUNICIPALITY.
WHEREAS, there is a need to authorize the Honorable Vice Mayor Ricky A. Cua to
enter into a Contract of Agreement with the contractual employees of the Office of the
Sangguniang Bayan and the Office of the Vice Mayor.
WHEREAS, all contractual appointees appointed by the Presiding Officer/Vice
Mayor shall be charge to the appropriation intended for this purpose under the Office of the
Sangguniang Bayan and the Office of the Vice Mayor.
WHEREFORE, premises considered on motion of Hon. Katherine dela Cruz duly
seconded by Hon. Madonna I. Dizon and Hon. Manuel C. Lalaguna, the sanggunian;
RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved to authorize, as it is hereby authorized Hon.
Ricky A. Cua to enter into contract with the contractual employees under the Office of the
Sangguniang Bayan and the Office of the Vice Mayor.
