Auto ID wristbands
New technologies allow automated access control: you will be able to increase the security of
your activity while offering additional features and save time and money. Discover our PDC Smart
Band® RFID wristbands, barcode & QR code wristbands, Scanband® thermal wristbands, SureImage®
barcode wristbands and Tyvek® barcode wristbands.
RFID wristbands
Using RFID technology, our PDC Smart® RFID wristbands enable the storage and transfer of data. The wristbands feature a RFID
chip, which is read by RFID Readers and Kiosks. They are ideal for cashless points of sale, keyless hotel rooms, locker entries,
customer loyalty and VIP programs.
Barcode & QR code wristbands
We are passionate about technology and providing our customers with the latest innovative products. Our wristbands can include
barcodes and QR codes, which can be used to increase the interactivity of your event.
This QR Code can be scanned with smart phones that are equipped with an application designed to scan the code. Once the code
has been scanned it can be sent to your web page, social networks (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc), to an advert, etc.
Thermal wristbands
Thermal wristbands can be automatically customised through direct thermal printers, resulting in more efficiency and productivity.
All thermal wristbands can include barcodes, preventing data entry and collection errors.
SureImage® barcode wristbands
Barcode Wristbands are non-transferable “wrist-tickets” that provide the convenience of an admission ticket without the risk or
hassle of being lost, misplaced, or transferred. They feature customisable, printed bar codes and/or variable data
for use with your bar code software system. Our SureImage® barcode bands have a superior print finish, and will add a touch of
glamour to your event.
Tyvek® barcode wristbands
TicketBand® barcode wristbands provide the convenience of admission tickets without the risk or hassle of lost, misplaced or
transferred tickets. They are fully customisable and can include texts, graphics and barcodes.

Our textile wristbands are very popular, and are usually collected as a souvenir. They are a great
tool for spreading awareness of your logo. Textile wristbands can be produced in woven or satin
material.
Woven wristbands can be personalised up to 8 colours. Precise weaving of intricate details like
company logos and messages are achievable with eye-catching results.

seasonal passes. They’re comfortable, long lasting and waterproof. They’re available in adult, young
and child sizes and can be fully customised.
They can be customised many ways:

embossed: your logo or text is raised during the embossing process, thus adding a new
dimension to the object.

debossing process.

Value added tax is added where applicable.
Same Day Shipments
Rush fee of 100€ / £100 will be assessed for
custom orders shipped on the same day they are
placed.
Lead Times
Stock wristbands leave our factory within 1-3
business days after receipt of payment, if they
are available. Orders for 30+ boxes of wristbands
may require longer turnaround. Depending on the
product type, wristbands are made and delivered
within 3-21 days.
Delivery Times
Please allow 1-2 business days for transit
depending upon your location.
Shortages / Errors : Complaints
Notification of any shortages or incorrect
shipments must be directed to PDC BIG within
48 hours.
Authorisation form (RMA) contact Customer
Care. Custom printed or serialised product are
not returnable. Merchandise must be returned
in full boxes, original packaging and in good
condition. Authorised returns must be received
by PDC BIG within 10 working days from date
of issue. PDC BIG will allow returns under the
following conditions:
1. When ordered in error and if returned in
less than 30 days of the date of invoice, freight
prepaid by the customer. A 30% restocking fee
will be assessed.
2. When shipped in error by PDC BIG, and
returned within 30 days from date of invoice, for
full credit, including freight.
