Dear Valued Clients and Partners,
Following the global financial crisis triggered by sub-prime mortgaged loan in the United States
of America, the world economy is still experiencing financial setback severely affecting prospects of
equitable and sustainable development. We see how vulnerable businesses can be, especially without
informed legal advice and consultations. The words “creditability, accountability, and reliability” are
among the key principles that long-term businesses and investments need to re-value. Big corporations,
banks, financial institutions and businesses start to invest in quality information and professional legal
consultation to minimize and mitigate potential risks and future losses.
The world is changing constantly and presently the investors worldwide are eyeing on Asia and
Africa for production bases, resources and markets. They build more cooperation and diplomatic
relations with developing countries such as Cambodia and other ASEAN members while facing with the
so-called weak rules of law and judicial systems. Such developing economy has great potentials in
providing both competitive production resources such as labor and natural resources and potential for

(a) Vision:
Cambodia is smoothly and fairly integrated into ASEAN Economic Community as well as Asian and Global
Communities, ruled by fair laws, governed by truly democratic leaders with term limits, and served by

1-4: Brief History of ACLF
ASIA CAMBODIA LAW FIRM (ACLF) was founded by licensed Attorney Seng Vouch Hun in 2006.
ACLF started as a solo practicing law office and provided legal services to clients in limited areas such as
land disputes, civil litigations, corporation and banking.
With success from the initial stage, the firm began to grow and expand total number of in-house
lawyers, associate lawyers, advisors and legal staff is more than twenty. It is now among a fast growing
local reputable law firm with teams of experienced and skilful lawyers, advisors and support staff. While
our human resources growing our practicing and expertise areas are also expanding. Currently, ACLF has
head office in Toul Kok District of Phnom Penh and provincial branch offices in Siem Reap, Battambang,
and Kampong Cham.
ACLF has built and maintained close and cooperative partnership with local and external law
firms to expand our network, reach and ability to provide legal services to local and foreign clients in
Cambodia and from other countries around the world, especially to those who are seeking high standard
legal services or interested in establishing or/and operating business in Cambodia.
ACLE also has built and maintained good partnership with a Korean Law firm, LOGOS Law LLC
which was established in 2000. LOGOS is aggressively expanding into multiple markets and is the first
Korean law firm providing legal services in Vietnam. LOGOS Law LLC and ACLF cooperate and collaborate
with each other on many legal matters.
Currently, we provide a wide range of legal services which encompass litigation, arbitration,
negotiation and consultation for a multitude of international client transactions, investments, financial
matters, resources development and international trade agreements. While rapidly mastering in many
legal areas and legal environments, ACLF has become vastly more professional and diversified and
seeking regionalization and globalization. ACLF is seeking to build legal exchange and partnership with
reputable law firms in ASEAN countries and key economies in Asia such as China, Taiwan, Japan, and
India, as well as in Australia and European Community.
