DIRECTIONS TO VENUE
Please search on ‘Balcarras School’ and use the Bing Maps Directions.
When you arrive it will be signposted, however to find the Sports Centre
drive along East End road with the School on your right hand side. Drive
50 yards past the main entrance and take the first right, signposted
Sports Centre. Drive 100 yds along that lane and take the entrance on
your right, bearing left to park, the Sports Centre is at the top of the car
parking area. If it is full then use the parking area to the right of the
entrance.
REFRESHMENTS WILL BE AVAILABLE ON SITE

are welcome, there is no minimum standard!

Straw Bosses will be used. Please note that all Bray Rounds are shot on a
single face.
Shooting will be in timed 3 arrow ends taking no more than 2 minutes. No substitutes.
Double entries (shooting morning and afternoon) will only be included if tournament
not full, an archers first round only to count for results.
If you wish to take photographs during the tournament please register on arrival.

All archers must comply with GNAS dress regulations. Shooting in accordance with GNAS
rules of shooting. All competitors must be affiliated to GNAS and should have their affiliation
cards with them. Deer Park Archers will not accept liability for damaged carbon, alloy or
wooden arrows.
This Record Status Shoot will be liable for drug testing and competitors approached to
give samples must comply; if they refuse, that refusal will be treated as a positive
result. Written parental consent must be provided for juniors.

AWARDS
This event is part of our club’s programme to raise funds for our new ground. No medals or trophies will
be awarded. The name of the winner in each category will be entered into a draw for a £50 Wales
Archery voucher at the end of the event!
