Local restaurant charge-back. If you like to dine out, Advance Serviced Apartments
offers a restaurant charge-back option at selected local restaurants. We have
arrangements with ten different restaurants, of various ethnic styles for a variety of
taste and preference. All are located within easy walking distance of our property,
and guests may enjoy a meal and have the charges sent through to their room
account. Apart from the above dining options, our serviced apartments are equipped
with a combination of an oven, hotplates, microwave, fridge, glassware, crockery,
cutlery, cooking utensils and dish washing facilities. This allows residents to cook for
themselves in the comfort of their apartment if they choose. This ability is
complemented by our “Pantry Shopping” service, - by request, our staff will purchase
fresh ingredients per residents’ requirements. Comprehensive breakfast packs can
be provided on a daily basis as required.
We would also like to announce our new partnership relating to Food and Beverage
services with Tree Tops Restaurant located 70m from Advance Serviced Apartments,
1 min walk. Our partnership with Tree Top Restaurant will enable us to offer a
reliable 3 meal per day option for catered accommodation, 7 days a week (perfect for
long term stays).
