Terms of Conditions
This offer is made by Andrew Louis Estate Agents Limited through its, Old Swan branch. The
residential property for sale must be within the coverage area of any of these offices. The
coverage area is determined by Andrew Louis at its absolute discretion.
1. Under the terms of this offer, and subject to the terms of our sole agency agreement, the
owner of the property will pay only £795 (£954 inclusive of VAT) or 1% of the sale price
(whichever is greater) provided instructions are received before 5pm on Friday 29th May
2015.
2. The offer relates to estate agency fees only and does not include any related costs, including
solicitors’ fees or the cost of a legally required Energy Performance Certificate
3. This offer may not be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount
4. Subject to any local planning or other restrictions, Andrew Louis shall be entitled to place a
For Sale board at the property to be sold
5. Andrew Louis reserves the right to amend or withdraw the offer at any time
6. Any fees payable to Andrew Louis are subject to VAT at the prevailing rate
