“Tumbling Extravaganza”
Here is some important information you need to know about our 2015 Tumbling Extravaganza.
This will be a very special day for our tumbling students enrolled in our parent & tot through our
level 4 – 6 classes along with our performing companies. This is their opportunity to show all their
hard work to their family and friends. In addition to performing each participant will receive a
Special Medal. We hope you are as excited as we are for this showcase of skills!

“Tumbling Extravaganza”
Thursday, May 28th at Desert Ridge Junior High School
Gymnasium
5:00 performance and doors will open at 4:30. All performers need to arrive
ready at 4:30 sharp.
Tumbling Attire – What do they wear:
Parent & Tot and Preschool Tumbling Classes:
Girls - Wear a leotard of your choice
Boys & All boy classes – Black Basketball style shorts and solid color sleeveless shirt or t shirt (Old Navy sells tops
like these)
We suggest Justice/Target/Old Navy to find girl tank tops
Level 1 - Solid Black dance shorts/cheer style shorts – white or red tank tops – hair pulled up and out of the face
Level 2 - Solid Black dance shorts/cheer style shorts – white or red tank tops - hair pulled up and out of the face
Level 3 - Solid Black dance shorts/cheer style shorts – white or red tank tops- hair pulled up and out of the face
Level 4 - Solid Black dance shorts/cheer style shorts – white or red tank tops -hair pulled up and out of the face
Kinetic Energy-Costume for dance routine & KE tank tops & black dance/cheer shorts for tumble– KE hair/makeup
The DEADLINE for Registering is Thursday, May 7th.
We need all registrations on or before May 7th so we can make sure your tumbling student will have a
Special Award at the event.
*Kinetic Energy students do not need to fill out the registration form. The participation fee will be charged to your
account and due with May tuition. We already have them signed up to perform 
Tickets
Tickets will be sold at the door and at the studio during normal business hours starting Monday, May 18th. There is
no assigned seating at the Tumbling Extravaganza. We strongly suggest - Pre purchasing tickets during normal
business hours this will help with entering into the gymnasium sooner and not having to wait in the ticket purchase
lines.
Tickets must be purchased with cash only.

tuition. We will be purchasing Special Medals for all the participants!! If you are on

*Are you interested in volunteering at the extravaganza? Volunteers receive 2 tickets
into the performance one for you and one additional ticket. We will need volunteers to
help with the following:
