Concept :
"Antibes Celebrates Yachting! " is an event that came about 'at the last minute' by the Antibes professionals
of the Yachting industry, at the request and in partnership with the Port Vauban and the City of Antibes.
Antibes Celebrates Yachting is not a show but aims to be a festival dedicated to the yachting industry in
general, the Captains and crews.
The yachting history and the history of the port of Antibes have been closely linked for nearly 50 years.
Facing the loss of another event in the yachting calendar, it's the opportunity for the city of Antibes and its
professionals to honour their industry and to welcome the international yachting.
Antibes Celebrates Yachting is a professional meeting organized around four major themes:




A meeting between professionals and captains on a speed dating concept
An employment and services forum for crews
Useful and interactive seminars for captains and professionals
A permanent friendship opened to the yachting industry in communion with the city and the citizens

Antibes Celebrates Yachting is the opportunity for the Port Vauban and the City of Antibes to express their
commitment to the business and crews in yachting and to present its new vision for the future of the Port.
Antibes Celebrates Yachting is a new concept that will bring together captains, crews and professional
yachting at a perfect date.
Antibes Celebrates Yachting truly launches the season, before the Genoa and Palma Shows allowing
everyone to optimize its movements, contacts and needs.
Antibes Celebrates Yachting is organized by ASAP (Association for the Support of development and activities
of the Port of Antibes), a non-profit association founded in 2012 by the yachting professionals in Antibes to
support and contribute to the planning and development of the port of Antibes.
An exceptional moment, simple and unique,
to share with all those who participate in the yachting industry everyday.

The entire amount received will be dedicated in the organisation of the event.
1) Participants :
All actors only in the marine industry and yachting providers are invited to participate.
 The event will host from 35 to 40 participating companies at the most. On February 16th, less than a
week after the launch of Antibes Celebrates Yachting, already 15 companies have agreed to
participate.
Participation and amount are based both on the willingness of everyone to support the organization of a
yachting event in 2015 in Antibes, as well as the business opportunity presented by this event.
Small companies and craftsmen:
 1000-2000 € depending on their willingness and ability
Larger companies, shipyards and management:
 2000-4000 € depending on their willingness and ability
 Any company subscribing a participation of € 4,000 without wishing a special exhibition at one of the
3 events (BBQ Brunch, Gala Dinner - see below) will automatically becomes a general partner of the
event and will be presented as such on all media communication and signage.
During the event itself, all participants will have "equal" benefits at the event, the focus is on "the yachting
spirit," meeting and friendliness.
 Provision of a meeting table and 4 chairs in one of the tents according to their activity
 Standardized signage in the name of the participant
 Possibility of setting up kakemono/roll up maximum size: width 80 cm, height 200, thickness 10cm
near the exhibition table
 Highlight on all media platforms papers (media plan in the works), public display, partnership for
Antibes yachting guide "Antibes Best Of Yachting"...
 Free entrance to the various events BBQ and Brunch
 1 seat to the Gala dinner, and depending of availability, possibility to purchase 1 or 2 additional seats
(€80 each)

In case the organiser (ASAP) was not able to ensure the good performance of the event, a
cancellation decision will be made before March 9th and the check will be returned to the
applicant.
As soon as the confirmation will be given from the organiser, the applicant will receive an order
confirmation/invoice approved by the ASAP board members.
