ON THE COUCH WITH GEORGIA AND ALISON
A rose by any other name is still a rose, or is it?
“ Auditor, Assessor, Surveyor, Reviewer”
Alison Sinclair is currently the AGPAL/QIP General Manager for SA/WA/NT. AGPAL/QIP provide
accreditation services to the health and community sectors. She works with many standards
framework and across the spectrum of health and community services, with over 20 years’
experience in this field. Alison has worked as:
 A Quality Manager inside both Government and non-Government organisations leading their
quality journey
 An assessor/reviewer/auditor for multiple quality frameworks : CHASP, QIC Health and
Community Service Standards, ASES; ISO 9001: 2008, Home Care Standards
 She has developed standards for government
Alison also oversees a pool of consultant assessors who conduct reviews in many of the above
frameworks and more.
Georgia Koronis is both an experienced assessor, a quality manager and supports numerous
organisations through to accreditation and beyond. She has had a long history in the community
sector.
Georgia is currently the AGPAL/QIP Manager, for Community and Primary Health Care, for clients
across SA/WA/NT. She also trains and works with assessors across the alphabet soup of quality
standards.
