Apartments by Ligula is a hotel concept for longer-term accommodation.
For when a standard hotel room is a bit too small and you want to feel
at home while you are away. We provide modern studio apartments of
different sizes containing a kitchenette and everything you need for a
relaxing stay.
WELCOME TO STOCKHOLM
Apartments by Ligula, Hammarby Sjöstad, offers newly-built rental
apartments which are located opposite the Mårtensdal tram stop in
Hammarby Sjöstad. Here, you’ll find everything you need to enjoy
a relaxed stay, such as a kitchenette and kitchenware, Carpe Diem
beds, flat-screen TVs, free WiFi, and Rainshowers in the bathrooms.Weekly cleaning is included for all of the apartments and we
also offer a laundry self-service. Rental is primarily on a weekly or
monthly basis.

Price: 4420 SEK per week/16 875 SEK per month
Available in sizes 24-31 m2
Large: 1-4 persons
Price: 5045 SEK per week/19 375 SEK per month
Available in sizes 32-40 m2
XL: 1-2 persons
Price: 7990 SEK per week/28 570 SEK per month
The apartments are approximately 45 m2
All stated prices are per week and exclusive of VAT.
The weekly cleaning service and a final cleaning upon vacating
of the apartment are included in the rental fee.

Both check-in and check-out are performed at the entrance
to Motel L, located at Hammarby Allé 41. Check-in takes
place from 4.00 pm on the day of arrival and check-out no
later than 11.00 am on the day of departure, unless otherwise
agreed. Apartments by Ligula has its entrance at No. 47, on
the same street as Motel L.
CANCELLATION POLICY
In order to avoid a cancellation fee, cancellations must be
made no later than one month before the arrival date. If
cancellation is made later than one calendar month before
the specified arrival date, you will be charged one complete
month’s rent, unless you have received written confirmation
of an alternative agreement.
