T h e C o r r e s p o n d e n t s / Special Officers/Processing Officers/Principals of Private
A i d e d Degree/P.G./Evening /Oriental Colleges in the State of Andhra Pradesh (Zone-I,
II, III and IV) are requested to furnish the requirement of Budget
proforma t o w a r d s Salaries to the T e a c h i n g & Non-Teaching
staff
in the following
for the months of
March,2015 to M a y , 2 0 1 5 (03 months) working in the colleges through the Principals of
Identified
Govt.
Colleges
concerned
and
Regional
Joint
Directors
concerned
immediately.
T h e C o r r e s p o n d e n t s of Private Aided Colleges in the State of Andhra Pradesh
are
further informed that the C o m m i s s i o n e r of Collegiate Education has taken a serious
v i e w of the fact that certain Aided Colleges after submitting proposals of requirement
of budget for salaries for a particular month
have again requested to release DEFICIT
a m o u n t w h i c h is highly irregular resulting in hardships to the staff working in the Aided
Colleges.
In v i e w of the said lapse, the Correspondents / Special Officers/Processing
Officers/Principals of Private Aided Degree/P.G./Evening /Oriental Colleges in the State
of A n d h r a Pradesh (Zone-I, II, III and IV) are requested to ensure that the actual
a m o u n t required t o w a r d s salaries in respect of T e a c h i n g and Non-Teaching
Staff
w o r k i n g in their colleges is claimed and any lapse in this regard on their part shall be
treated very seriously.
