Project Director, Sarva Siksha Abhiyan,

-:oOo:As per the instructions of the State Project Director, Sarva Siksha Abhiyan, A.P.
Hyderabad vide reference cited, calendar of events for K.G.B. Vidyalayas under the
control of APREI Society, all the Special Officers of K.G.B. Vidyalayas under the
control of A.P.R.E.I.Society are hereby directed to terminate the services of
CRTs/PETs and all Non-teaching Staff except Accountant, Day Watchman and Night
Watchman working in KGBVs for the academic year 2014-2015 w.e.f. 30.04.2015 and
report compliance.
The Day watchman must be in the campus from 7.00 A.M to 7.00 P.M.
and
Night Watchman must be in the campus from 7.00 P.M to 7.00 A.M. They are
instructed to keep the campus neat and tidy, and to attend the work allotted by the
Special Officer as and when required. They are requested to keep the campus very
clean and watering the plants and take care of the building and other accessories.
The Special Officer is requested to seal the hostel and class rooms during the
holidays in the presence of Deputy Warden and other class teachers concerned.
The receipt of the proceedings should be acknowledged.
