Site Update:
April and Songkran have been helpful
deadlines and targets for progress on site.
Concrete works con nue to be excellent and the roof of Building A is poured
including stub ups for the photovoltaic
support framing.
Building B is more complex and has been
poured up to Level 2 with columns up
to Level 3. Scaffolding and formwork for
Level 3 are already in place.
Building services including water piping,
drains, roof drains, wiring, and AC fan
coils are progressing quickly. The walls
for the mock up unit are in place and the
first plaster mock ups have been rejected
by the site team but should not affect the
overall schedule. Quality is paramount
and despite the speed of work there is
me to demand Grade A workmanship
and a en on to detail.
Season Change II
If rainy weather sounds dreary, Khao Yai
gives it a very pleasing twist. With the rain
fronts and micro climate within the hills,
mist and clouds hang in valleys providing great landscapes reminiscent of New
Zealand and its strange long low clouds!
News & Events:
A complete mock up unit will be in place
on Level 3 by the end of May including
windows, German Standard flooring in
the warm oak finish and the full imported
Démodé Kitchen by Valcucine.
