 W.A.S.P.S. Family Chocolate Bingo Night – Friday 20th March 2015 6.15PM – 8.30PM It’s eyes down for the ever popular Annual Family Chocolate Bingo Night. Date – Friday 20th March 2015. Doors open at 6.15pm, with the Bar (wine, beer & soft drinks) and hot dogs/burgers available from this time. A small tuck shop will also be available. Finish time approximately 8.30pm. The evening will consist of 3 games of Bingo & 2 games of Children’s Bingo, an interval and a raffle. Tickets are limited and must be purchased in advance at a cost of £1.50 per adult and £1.00 per child (a child is pre-­‐school, KS1 and KS2). There will be no ticket sales on the night. Please complete the reply slip, and return along with the correct money, in a sealed envelope marked “Chocolate Bingo”, to the school by Friday 13thMarch 2015. Please make cheques payable to W.A.S.P.S. No tickets will be issued – you will just be signed in on the night. Hot Dogs will be charged at £1.50 each and burgers at £2.00 each. Bottle of beer / glass of wine will be £2.00 each, and all soft drinks will be 50p each. Additional Bingo cards will be available on the evening at £1 per card. Raffle tickets will be sold on the night at £1 per strip of 5 tickets. Donations of Easter Eggs, Boxes of Chocolates, Bars of Chocolate and
Bags of Sweets would be very much appreciated.
Bottles for the raffle
would also be gratefully accepted. Please bring to the school practical
area on the morning of Friday 20th March 2015.
