Eligibility: Tournament for OTTA, USATT members and other affiliated and unaffiliated
players. All unaffiliated players must purchase OTTA membership on site (juniors or adults $40
per year).
Unrated players will NOT receive any prize in all rating-limited events except for the
OPEN.
Dressing Code: Appropriate Table Tennis shoes are must on TINSUE floor; shoes rental $4.00
per day available on site. Shorts and shirt are expected.
Equipment: 16 x Independent Double FISH TT Courts (18 feet x 36 feet each);
Double Fish Tables; & 3 stars Double Fish New Plastic Balls, 40+mm White
Results: Match results will count toward National Rating
Referee: Dave Lau or equivalent level
Conduct: This tournament will be conducted under the laws of ITTF, TTC and MyTTC’s local
rules.
Format: Matches will be best 3 of 5 (11-point) games.
All events are at First Round Robin (RR), 8 (4) groups of 3 with 2 advance and followed by straight elimination,
(KO).
The prize money will be reduced in half when the entry of that particular category is equal to or less than
twelve (12) players.
Please be aware that the Format will be subject to change according to substantial circumstance
arisen and is without prior notice.

April 21, 2015 (TUE) 7:00pm
with entry form and full payment by MAIL or drop off at the Club. NO REFUNDS AFTER

Youth U300; Youth U600 and Youth U900 are part of Student League & Junior Development Program of
My Table Tennis Training School. Only Student born in 1996 or after is eligible.

All ratings counting for event entry eligible are base on listing at TTCAN April 2015 version or latest.
