Description:
The DG 106 high voltage generator is the latest discharging generator in the KERSTEN
neXt® family of products and may be used to supply all neXt® discharging components.
It is the most compact but also most powerful high voltage generator in its class for
electrostatic discharging.
Due to its extremely small size it is ideal to use wherever space is limited. The DG 106
high voltage generator needs a 24 VDC supply and is thus independent of globally
varying supply voltage standards.
The 3-LED display informs the user of the operating status of the high voltage
generator, of any faults on the connected discharging components and of necessary
cleaning of the latter. The DG 106 high voltage generator has two protected high
voltage sockets for plugging in KERSTEN neXt® discharging components, fast and with
no need for tools. Other discharging components may be indirectly connected, using
KERSTEN neXt® high voltage distributors.

Connection cable pins:
Use the supplied cable for electrical connections at the cylindrical plug on the front of
the DG 106 high voltage generator. Please ensure correct polarity! The error message
(ERR) need not be read, but it is recommended in order to monitor the operating status.
Never connect 24 V to the SDA/SCL connections!
