1. All efforts will be made to conduct the programmes as per the schedule indicated above, In case there is any change in the date, due to unavoidable reasons, intimation will be sent in advance. All
outstation participants are requested to confirm from ATI the final dates, before leaving the station.
2. For some of the programmes, dates have not been indicated. These dates will be communicated shortly.
3. TSH, BARC / respective units will be requested for providing accommodation (only for the participants and not for the members of their family), which will be subject to availability from time to time. In
case accommodation is not available, participants will have to make own arrangements.
4. All the Units are requested to send the nominations, at least 30 days before the commencement of the programme. This will help us in sending the confirmation on time.
