Initiatives of Change International (IofC International) works to inspire, equip and
connect people to address world needs. It is the leadership body of a world-wide movement of
people of diverse cultures and backgrounds, who are committed to the transformation of
society through changes in human motives and behaviour, starting with their own.
After working internationally with IofC in South Asia, Europe, North America and
Australia/Pacific, Mohan moved into a career in the Information Technology industry in 1990,
taking on a senior position in Business Strategy. From 2006-2013 he worked for the Caux
Foundation-IofC Switzerland as international coordinator of Trust and Integrity in the Global
Economy programme, now carried forward by an international team of young professionals.
In 2012 Mohan began a role in Initiatives of Change International as an elected member to
the International Council and undertook the Vice President role in January 2015.
