Finanzierungszusage über EUR 75 Mio.
Die Austrian Anadi Bank ist seit 2013 in Privateigentum und keine
„Landesbank“ mehr. Dennoch wird die Bank auf Basis des FMA Bescheides
ihren Verpflichtungen gegenüber der Pfandbriefstelle im Rahmen der
Haftungen für die HETA gemeinsam mit anderen Hypothekenbanken und
Ländern nachkommen. Dies wurde bereits der österreichischen
Finanzmarktaufsicht auf Veranlassung durch Dr. Sanjeev Kanoria vom
Vorstand der Anadibank mitgeteilt.
Bekräftigung der Zusammenarbeit mit dem Land Kärnten
Die Austrian Anadi Bank mit Sitz in Klagenfurt bekräftigt ihre enge
Zusammenarbeit mit dem Land Kärnten und wird dem Land auch in Zukunft
als verlässlicher Partner zur Verfügung stehen. „Das Land Kärnten ist ein
wichtiger und langjähriger Kunde und wird von uns voll unterstützt“, betont
Vorstandsvorsitzender Dr. Martin Czurda.
In einem Gespräch mit Vertretern des Landes Kärnten versicherte heute
Anadi-Eigentümer Dr. Kanoria erneut, dass die Bank die Pfandbriefstelle
gemeinsam mit Kärnten und anderen Hypothekenbanken und Ländern
unterstützt. Ebenso bestätigt er sein Commitment gegenüber den
Mitarbeitern, dem Land, öffentlichen Institutionen und den vielen Kunden
der Bank. Wie Dr. Kanoria unterstreicht, ist die Liquiditätslage der Bank
stabil, sodass der Pfandbriefstelle die erforderliche Hilfestellung gegeben
werden kann.

Austrian Anadi Bank makes the funding pledge of EUR
75m to Pfandbriefstelle
Austrian Anadi Bank has been held in private ownership since 2013 and is no
longer a „Landesbank“. However, based on the decree of FMA it will be take
part in supporting Pfandbriefstelle in its liabilities for HETA along with the
other hypo banks and the provinces. This has already been communicated to
the FMA by Dr Sanjeev Kanoria through the management board.
Cooperation with the province of Carinthia is being confirmed
Klagenfurt-based Austrian Anadi Bank again confirms that it cooperates very
closely with the province of Carinthia and that it will continue to remain a
reliable partner of the province. As pointed out by the CEO, Dr. Martin Czurda
“The province of Carinthia is an important and long-standing customer and is
fully supported by us.”
Dr. Sanjeev Kanoria in a meeting with representatives of the province today
reiterated that the bank will support the Pfandbriefstelle along with Carinthia
and the other Hypobanks. He also confirmed his commitment to the
employees, the province, the public institutions and the many clients of the
bank. Dr. Kanoria stated “the bank is on a stable footing with liquidity to
offer this support to Pfandbriefstelle.”
