We cordially invite you to participate as a sponsor of the 1st annual Barefoot Bunny 5K, Wascal Wabbit
Wace, and Community Egg Hunt. This event will raise money and awareness for 3rd World Restoration.
The youth of Emmanuel are partnering with “Won by One to Jamaica” wonbyonetojamaica.com to build
two homes able to withstand a Category 4 hurricane, the same strength hurricane that devastated the island
in the 80s. We will also take 1,500 lbs of donations to intentionally boost the local economy of Harmons
Jamaica. The goal is to return to the US with only the shirt on our back. We are also collecting shoes for
local charities through www.elitefeetkc.com (hence the barefoot idea) and providing a Community Easter
Egg Hunt with crafts, games, and inflatables.
Our goal is to raise $12,500 above our overhead cost of $3,000.
Plans are well under way and we believe this event will be a well-attended community event. It is our hope
that your organization would consider being involved in this amazing event. As a sponsor, your
organization’s logo or name will be placed on the event T-shirt. Moreover, you will have promotional onsite
access to participants to show your community support, while at the same time publicizing your organization
(See Information Below).
