Dear Vendors:
We would like to announce our 1st Annual Bay Area Reggae Festival; at the Crane Way Pavilion at 1414
Harbor Way South Ford Point, Richmond, CA 94804, on July 17th, 18th and 19th, 2015.
Attached you will find the application, which is due on or before February 6, 2015. All application
received after April 6th, will be charge a late fee of a $100.00. All applicants will be on a 1st come basis;
we will continue to accept applications until we are fill up.
Here are a few reminders and new information you should be aware of.
1. There will be NO camping.
2. We will be doing our best not to have too many vendors selling the same items.
Please submit a complete list of your products with your application.
Payment type accepted: We accept credit cards (except for American express), money orders and
cashier’s check (please no personal checks for booth fees). We will accept personal check for your
cleaning deposit payments only.
Enclosed you will find the following:
Vendor Application – pg. 1-2 and Concession Agreement pleases sign and return each one along with
fees, don’t forget to keep a copy for your record.
