COMMERCIAL OFFER

The Customer is responsible for supply of electricity to power equipment.
The Customer is responsible for supply of water and sewerage as per Supplier's
recommendations and their connection.
3. The consignment includes only listed equipment.
4. Additional equipment for cheese production, which is not included in the offer:
- Polypropylene form for cheese-curd diameter 100,120mm and other sizes as per
Customer request ;
- Cone for shapes in accordance with the diameter and shape of the cheese;
- Press and a swimming pool for salting
The cost of installation, putting into operation, travel expenses, food and lodging of
specialists are not included in the offer and are determined by the Supplier additionally.
Delivery time and terms
1.
The offer includes packing and loading of equipment on the vehicle in stock of the
Supplier. Transport and cargo insurance costs are not included.
2.
Training of the Customer personnel is included into the offer total cost .
3.
Time of equipment production – up to 80 working days from the date of
prepayment .
To prepare more correct offer it is needed to get information re: the volume of
processing and desired range of dairy products (milk, dairy products, curd, cheese). For
cheese production it is necessary to determine the type of cheese (soft, semi-solid), with
its shape, size, weight.

Overall dimensions (approximate) of mini-complex, 500 l - 2100х1600х1800 mm,
weight - 700 kg,
Installed capacity - 25-30 kW (at maximum load, during heating) , while maintaining the
temperature - 5-10 kW,
Operating voltage - 380V, 50Hz.
Mini complex is served by 2 specialists (technologist, operator)
