Graduation Ceremony
 Time—2:00 pm
 Ceremony Length- 2 hours
 Date—Thursday, May 19th
 Place—Red Rocks
 Tickets-Tickets are not needed for graduation
 What if it rains? We get wet, so please be prepared with an umbrella. The weather
would have to be very severe in order for us to move the ceremony to the gym. If this
occurs, please check the Bear Creek website for updates. Space will be limited in the gym.
 All fines and fees must be cleared and books returned in order to pick up cap and gown
at the rehearsal. Contact Gina Shellhorn at 303-982-8860 with finance questions.
 Graduates are required to arrive at Red Rocks no later than 1:00 pm (meet up top to
line up) the parking lot can get congested and the walk is tough, arrive early
 Parking—Red Rocks charges $10 per car
 Rehearsal—May 18th 12:00 Main Gym All graduates must be in attendance for
rehearsal, see Ms. Allen with issues or questions.
 Handicap/elderly/disabled—
o Reserved seating will be available (rows 1-8)
o Row 1 is reserved for wheelchairs only
o Space is limited, we ask that only one additional person per family sit in the
designated area.
o No tickets will be issued for this area.
o Shuttle busses will be available from the upper South lot for handicap, elderly
and disabled only, all others are expected to walk.
o You do not need to contact the school if you plan to utilize the shuttle or reserved
seating
 Diplomas—presented after the graduate exits the stage
Legal names are printed on diplomas and read at graduation
 Cap and gown-- picked up on 5/18 after rehearsal after all fines and fees are cleared
