10TH GRADUATION CEREMONY
AND OFFICIAL LAUNCH OF
ONLINE EDUCATION
Kabarak University is pleased to announce the 10th Graduation
Ceremony and Official Launch of Online Education on
November 21st, 2014 starting at 9.00 a.m. All the students who
have completed studies in various academic programs are advised
as follows:
Application
Graduation candidates are required to apply online through the
students’ portal. The deadline has been extended to October 31st,
2014.
Names
The candidates are required to confirm the correct spelling and
order of their names in the Graduation List which will be available
in the offices of respective deans of schools and in the University
website, effective November 5, 2014. The names will be entered in
the list as follows: last name, first name, and middle name.
Graduation Attire and Invitation Cards
The candidates should pick the gowns from the University Stores in
Main Campus on November 19th upon production of University and
National ID. Those who will not be able to collect the gowns on this
date must do so by 10.00 a.m. on November 20th. Gowns should
be returned on or before November 24th, 2014 failure to which a
penalty will be charged. Each graduand will be given three invitation
cards during the issue of graduation attire.
Rehearsal
Rehearsal will be conducted on November 20th, 2014 at 2.00 p.m.
in the Chancellor’s Court. All the candidates are required to attend
the rehearsal dressed in graduation attire.
Fees
Only those who will have cleared outstanding fees by November 7th,
2014 will be included in the Graduation.
Punctuality
Graduands are required to be punctual for both Rehearsal and
Graduation Ceremony. On Graduation Day November 21st, 2014,
graduands should arrive at the Chancellor’s Court not later than
8.30 a.m. The invited guests should be seated by 9.00 a.m.
