the Buddy Walk
at a glance
The Buddy Walk brings together all
kinds of families with the goal of raising
awareness and inclusion for those with
Down syndrome. Last year over 1,400
people attended the 2014 walk and
over $90,000 was raised!
The Buddy Walk made donations to
the National Down Syndrome Society,
Research Down Syndrome Foundation,
the Wyckoff Family YMCA's special
needs programs, Shining Stars and
Billy's Buddies as well as the New
Jersey Special Olympics.
Since the inception of the Buddy Walk
of Bergen County, 11 years ago, we
have donated over $750,000!
