The candidate is advised to be present in the venue one hour before the Commencent of his/her
counselling session. Allotment of the college will be made as per rank, communal and other
reservations and /or the availability of seats during the time of counselling. The candidate is
directed to attend the counselling on the date and time pertaining to him/her at their own cost,
with all Original Certificates as listed below:

If the candidate has deposited all the original certificates with the Institution where he/she has
already joined, a Certificate from the Head of Institution should be brought to that effect. In such case
only, true/ attested copies of certificates will be accepted.
Candidate coming for counselling will have to bring with him/her either a demand draft for
Rs.5300/- (Rs.1150/- in case of Tamil Nadu SC/ST) drawn in favour of “The Secretary, Tamil Nadu
MBA/MCA Admissions 2010, Coimbatore – 13” (obtained not earlier than 10.07.2010 and payable at
Coimbatore ) or cash. This amount includes a Non Refundable Counselling fee of Rs.300/- (Rs.150/- in
case of TN SC/ST).
Allotted candidates will be given the provisional allotment order and receipt for Rs.5000/- (Rs.1000/- in
case of Tamil Nadu SC/ST). Thereafter the candidates have to pay the remaining fees to the college
allotted at the time of admission on the date specified in the provisional allotment order. If the candidate
does not report for admission in the allotted college within the stipulated date, he/she will loose the seat
and cannot claim afterwards. The initial amount paid during the counselling will be refunded, if original
allotment order with acknowledgement for the receipt of payment is surrendered to The Secretary,
TAMILNADU MBA/MCA Admission 2010, Govt. College of Technology, Coimbatore on or
before 31.10.2010.
Selection of the college is the sole responsibility of the candidate at the time of counselling. The
candidate will be given allotment provided there is vacancy at the time of counselling. Mere attending
the counselling will not guarantee any allotment.
Those who do not bring this Call letter and the prescribed counselling fee will not be permitted
for the counselling.
The candidates are advised to ascertain the Fee structure of the colleges which they propose to
select before obtaining the seat in the counselling.
