Inclusive Recruitment Training
bci’s Inclusive Recruitment Training is designed to raise awareness of cultural differences and
blindspots that manifest during recruitment and equip interviewers with key skills for recruiting
effectively across cultural differences. This training is offered in two ways, as follows:
In-Person Learning Workshop
“Opening the Inclusion Door – Addressing Cultural Blindspots and Differences in Recruitment”
A 90-120 minute highly interactive workshop delivered by Ritu Bhasin, LL.B. MBA

bci e-bytes are mini e-learning modules (10-15 min) that enable firms to deliver
