The Big Red Express Car Wash Monthly Membership Club is designed to allow you the freedom to
wash your car as many times as you want during the month. Club Members not only have the ability
to wash their car as many times as they want during the month, they also have the ability to “Pass
The Line” by taking advantage of our Members Only Lane. No waiting in line while others are waiting
to pay. You can drive right up to the gate and get in line to enter our tunnel.
At Big Red Express Car Wash, we strive to offer the best customer service in Austin. If you are not
100% satisfied with your experience, please let us know. Your feedback will help us to ensure we are
able to maintain our high standards of service.
Terms, Conditions and Purchase Agreement
Membership is per vehicle for an indefinite duration and for personal use only. Taxis, limos and other professional vehicles
are prohibited. By enrolling in the Monthly Membership Club program, you agree to have your debit or credit card
automatically charged every month until you terminate the membership. (3 Month Minimum). Suspension and
cancellation requests must be received twelve (12) days prior to your next scheduled debit to cancel or suspend for the
following month. Membership cannot be combined with any other programs, coupons, or discounts. Big Red Express
Car Wash reserves the right to modify or cancel this program or any membership at any time. Membership is
transferrable upon purchase of a new vehicle and notice to Big Red Express Car Wash. To transfer, cancel or suspend
your membership please call 512.872.2129. No refunds or credits will be given for partial periods. Your credit information
is protected by processing through TransFirst’s secure credit card processing system. By signing below, I agree to the
