RAIPUR & IT'S CLIMATE
Raipur is capital of Chhattisgarh. It was formerly a part of
Madhya Pradesh before the state of Chhattisgarh was formed
on November 1, 2000. When Raipur was a part of Madhya
Pradesh, it was the second major commercial centre in
Madhya Pradesh after Indore. Traditionally, Raipur's economy
has been based on agricultural-processing and saw-milling.
The city is located centrally in the state of Chhattisgarh, and
now serves as a regional hub for trade and commerce for a
variety of local agricultural and forest products. The tourist
attractions of Raipur and near to Raipur includes Nagar
Ghadi, Gandhi Udyaan, Dudhadari Temple, The Banjari
Mata Mandir, Shadani Darbar, Mahant Ghasi Das Memorial
Museum, Shaheed Smarak Complex, Nandanvan Garden,
Champaran, Purkhoti Muktangan, Rajim etc.
Weather at Raipur: The weather at Raipur in June is expected
to be pleasant.
How to reach:
Raipur is well connected from all parts of the country by a
network of rail, road and air.
By Air: Different airlines operate flights between Raipur and
other cities. There are flights between Raipur and Mumbai,
Delhi, Chennai, Hyderabad, Indore and Vishakhapatnam.
By Rail: A large number of trains operate on the route to Raipur
on a daily basis, ensuring a strong connectivity with all major
cities in India. Raipur is on the main railway line of Mumbai –
Howrah – Mumbai. Distance between Raipur Central Railway
station to BIT Raipur is 28 Kms.

SCOPE OF THE COURSE
The workshop aims at providing a forum for
UG/PG level teachers of various technical
institutions of the country as well as the technical
researchers for upgrading their knowledge on
recent advances in the field of Electrical and
Electronics advancement using Microcontrollers.
The workshop is designed in such as way that it
will enlighten the participants with both theoretical
and practical aspects of most prominent and
sound electronics / electrical engineering
methods.
